Now onboarding in Reno & Las Vegas

Give every buyer
a clearer path to closing.

KeyCountdown is a white-label homebuying tracker and educational guide that real estate agents provide to their clients. Personalized with your logo, colors, and name, it lets buyers follow their purchase from offer accepted to closing, understand each step in plain English, and learn about important local requirements.

Agents update progress in just one tap, keeping buyers informed, confident, and asking fewer “Where are we?” questions.

Your brand. Your clients. One simple link. No apps or logins required.

We set up your branding and load your first deal. Plans from $9 a month.

Nobody explains the middle.

After the offer is accepted, weeks pass with little visible progress. Buyers fill the silence with worry. Agents fill their days with the same answers.

A woman lies on an orange couch in a bright room with plants, one hand pressed to her forehead, frowning at a text on her phone.

Buyers are anxious.

“Underwriting,” “escrow,” and “appraisal” are unfamiliar words. A long inspection report can feel like bad news, even when it’s routine.

Agents repeat themselves.

What’s happening now? Is this normal? What do I need to do? You answer the same questions on every deal, usually at night.

Silence reads as trouble.

When nothing is visible, buyers assume the worst. An always-current page replaces the silence with clarity, and with trust in you.

The real product

The tracker is the interface. The guidance is the product.

  • What’s happening now, in plain words
  • Is this normal? Typical timing, common delays, honest reassurance
  • Your to-do, or “nothing needed from you”
  • What’s next, so there are no surprises
Step 7 of 11

Loan underwriting

What’s happening now
An underwriter is double-checking your income, savings, and the appraisal before final approval.
Is this normal?
Typically 1–3 weeks. Lots of document requests are normal, even for papers you’ve already sent.
Your to-do
Reply to lender requests quickly. Hold off on new credit.
What’s next
“Clear to close,” the lender’s green light.

See it happen

One tap. They know.

You confirm the update. Your buyer gets a text and an email from your brokerage, and their tracker moves forward. No phone tag.

Three steps. One tap to stay current.

One tap on your phone sends your buyer a text and an email. Keeping it up to date takes seconds, because a tracker nobody updates is worse than none.

  1. 1

    You create the deal.

Add the buyer, the address, and the key dates. Pick the city and the local checklist is built for you.

  2. 2

    Your buyer gets a link.

No app and no account. They bookmark it and choose text, email, or both.

  3. 3

    You advance in one tap.

Preview the message, add a short note if you like, and confirm. Your buyer gets a text and an email right away. Undo is always there.

Built for Nevada first

Local rules, already on the checklist.

Every city has its own paperwork. Pick the city and each buyer gets a checklist for where they’re buying: the state disclosures, the county’s transfer tax, and the local surprises that catch people off guard.

  • Each item is labeled: required by law, set by contract, or good to know
  • Every rule links to its official source
  • You can tick items off, hide them, or add your own

What it means
What to do

We check each rule against its official source and mark it “reviewed” only after a local professional has read it. These cards are in draft while that review happens. General information, not legal advice.

White-label

Your brand.
Not ours.

Every buyer sees your logo, your name, and your colors at the top of their page, so it feels like a service from your office, not another app. Our name stays in small print at the bottom.

Closing day

Every closing becomes a post.

When the keys are handed over, your buyer gets a ready-to-share “We got the keys!” card with your logo and your name on it. One tap to post it or send it to family.

  • Your brand on every card, automatically
  • Your buyer chooses whether to show the house photo and address
  • Shared from their phone, to the people who know them

Share with family

Bring the whole family along.

First-time buyers lean on parents, partners, and co-signers. One tap copies a view-only link, so the whole circle can follow along without calling you.

Why I built this

I bought three homes. I felt lost every time.

30-second quiz

Is this for you?

Five questions. Be honest. Nobody’s watching.

1Do you answer the same “where are we?” questions on every deal?
2Have you ever zoned out halfway through explaining underwriting for the third time this week?
3Do you get that “here we go again” feeling when a certain client’s name lights up your phone?
4Do buyer texts follow you to dinner, your kid’s game, or bed?
5Do you wish your buyers just knew what’s normal, so they’d stop assuming the worst?

Answer all five to see your result.

Worth about

$750

These are your numbers, not a promise. No tracker removes every question, so a cautious estimate is the honest one. It doesn’t count reviews or referrals, which are harder to put a number on.

The honest part.
  • This is an early product, in a free pilot with agents in Reno & Las Vegas. Paid plans aren’t open yet.
  • Text updates are previews and copy-paste templates for now. Automated sending comes after carrier registration.
  • Updating a stage is one extra step, about 20–30 seconds. There’s no transaction-manager integration yet.

Questions agents ask

The short answers.

How much of my time does setup take?

About ten minutes. Send us your logo, colors, and your first deal’s details, and we set up your branding and load the deal for you, live within 1 business day.

Do my buyers need an app or an account?

No. They get one private link that works on any phone or computer. Family can get a separate view-only link.

Who can see a buyer’s page?

Only people with the link. Each link uses a long random code and is hidden from search engines. You can turn a link off at any time, and we delete a deal’s information when you ask. Pages show only what buyers need: first name, address, dates, and the steps. Never Social Security numbers, bank details, or loan documents.

Will my brokerage be OK with it?

Buyers see your brokerage’s brand, not ours. We don’t pay or accept referral fees, and lender or title contacts appear only if you add them, as contact information. Some offices approve new client-facing tools first, so check with your broker before your first deal.

Does it text my buyers?

Not automatically yet. When a deal moves, we write the update text and you send it from your own phone, so it comes from you. Automatic updates are coming, starting with email.

What are the local rules, and where do they work?

A checklist for the home’s city, such as Washoe County’s wood-stove rule at sale or the county transfer tax. Right now it covers Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. Each rule links to its official source and is marked as a draft until a local professional has reviewed it. Everything else works anywhere.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. It’s general information that helps buyers follow along. You, the lender, title or escrow, and attorneys remain the source of truth for each deal.

What does it cost?

Pay per deal ($25), monthly ($12), or yearly ($108, about $9 a month). Every plan includes everything, and you can cancel anytime. Right now we’re in a free pilot; paid plans open when self-serve sign-up launches. Brokerages, contact us for volume pricing.
